Pachino Day Soccer Game

Annually on 10 July, the Regiment celebrates Pachino Day.    This day, signifies that historical moment on 10 July, 1943 when the Regiment went ashore in Sicily as part of Operation Husky.  The battalion this year held events in every camp.  In Coralici we continued with the traditional format of a Soccer game.  This year saw the Officer/Senior NCO combined play the Junior Ranks.  As fate would have it, the junior NCO's went down in defeat 3-0 in a hard fought battle.  After the game everyone returned to Camp Coralici for the traditional Spaghetti dinner.
